THE COUNTRY HOUSE is located down in the hills of Marche region, in the town of Mogliano, a small handicraft center of 5000 inhabitants, distant 30 Km from the Adriatic coast and 50 Km from the nearest mountainous town.
 Between two territories, Macerata and Ascoli, it lays down on a sweet hill. Mogliano is a town that is distinguished for its rich architecture of Roman palaces with prestigious portals made of stone or bricks, large valleys and avenues, a historical center inside the circle walls of the town. From the bastions of the beautiful rocca to the restored Levante Door (century .15), and facades mark well conserved paths. Mogliano, main wool, wicker and bamboo handicraft center, offers modern sport facilities and tourist resources. There is the traditional revocation of the passion and crucifixion of Jesus Christ, on the Holy Friday, that happens in the streets of the town. Also the Living Manger that is placed in the high part of the historical center. And Mogliano 1744 is at the same time of the patron festival of Saint Giovanni Battista. In fact, on April 30 1744, date of the diploma with which Maria Teresa of Austria, Queen of Bohemia and of Hungary, had elevated Mogliano to the title of "City", due to the hospitality that people of Mogliano had given to the Queen's military troupe while they were passing there to get the reign of Naples, to contrast the influence of the Spanish.
The Country House offers two double rooms, one single room, two bathrooms, one equipped kitchen, and a living room with fireplace. There is a view of the wide surrounding natural area with a panoramic balcony. There is also available a large garden and garage for cars. The furnishing is carefully kept and comfortable, and the ambient is always hospitable, cordial, and familiar.
